Table linen is sold by size names — six foot, banquet, poseur — and those names describe tables that vary by several centimetres between hire companies. A cloth cut to a name rather than to a measurement is a gamble taken on the morning of the event.
So we work from the table’s actual dimensions and the drop you want, and we put both on the quote. The failure modes are simple and symmetrical: a cloth that stops halfway down looks like a mistake, and one that pools on the floor is a trip hazard the venue will make you take off.
The other question we ask early is whether the venue needs flame-retardant certification. If it does, it needs a named test standard and a certificate, not the phrase fire retardant on an invoice.
Why we exist
This is a category where the print is the easy part and everything that goes wrong is fabric weight, cut size or paperwork.
Light polyester billows under air conditioning all day. A treated flame-retardant coating washes out and stops complying, and nobody re-tests event linen. A stretch cover that fits one trestle sags on another. We specify around all three because they are the complaints, and none of them show in a photograph.
What we actually make
Three-sided and four-sided fitted throws for exhibitions, dye-sublimated so the artwork wraps corners with no white seam. Four-way stretch spandex covers with weighted foot pockets, which pull their own creases out and photograph without shadows. Draped banquet cloths cut from your table dimensions plus a stated drop, in a weave heavy enough to hang still. Fitted and draped covers for round tables and tall poseurs, cut to measured diameters. Inherently flame-retardant linen supplied with its certificate. And printed runners and toppers for the many venues that will not let you replace their linen at all.
Everything is bagged and labelled per table, because the crew fitting it will not be the person who ordered it.

On measuring
Measure the tables you will actually have, not the ones in the hire brochure. Trestle heights differ by a few centimetres between suppliers and poseur diameters differ more than that, and both are visible on a fitted cloth from across a hall.
