What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 cloths — a single stand’s worth is a normal order — with bulk tiers for venues and hire companies.

How fast will my linen arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished linen ships in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an event date is fixed.

How do I size a tablecloth?

Measure the table — length, width or diameter, and height — and decide the drop. We calculate the cut size from those and state both on the quote. Do not take dimensions from a hire company’s listing; trestle heights vary.

Fitted, stretch or draped?

Fitted for exhibitions, where it must stay square all day. Stretch for stages and anything on camera, because tension removes every shadow. Draped for banqueting and weddings, where a soft hang is the point.

Will the cloth be creased out of the bag?

Yes, and how much matters. Stretch covers pull their creases out under tension within a minute. Draped polyester needs a steamer. Wrinkle-resistant fitted throws sit between the two and usually drop out in an hour.

Do you supply flame-retardant linen?

Yes, inherently flame-retardant rather than treated, certified to a named test standard, with the certificate supplied. Treated coatings wash out over time and nobody re-tests event linen.

Can you match our brand colour?

Closely, and we send a printed swatch before a large run. Dyed and sublimated fabric read differently from a screen, and a slightly-off brand colour is very visible on a large flat panel.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team lays it out for the actual panel — a table throw front is a wide, short canvas and most logos need repositioning rather than just scaling.
